Estater is a unique real estate data operating in Kuwait region. Estater application helps user generate real time & free valuation of any property on a click. Users select properties on a map and the valuation is generated by generating a pool of comparable properties and their recent transaction prices.
Estater application caters to consumers, real estate companies, brokers, property valuators and financial institutions.
Estater aims to develop several new PropTech applications for consumers, real estate companies, brokers, property valuators and financial institutions using cutting edge data science.
Creating a structured database on real estate is a challenging task; particularly in the GCC region where information availability is poor. Estater adopted a systematic approach to create real estate data and diligently acquired the necessary skills to do it. Our entire database is created in a highly technical Geographical Information System and use property mapping, satellite images, field surveys, etc.

Whole database is on cutting edge Geographical Information System (GIS) platform. Here the land parcels data are stored on GIS platforms. We have unmatched ability to collect property attributes through field surveys and we deploy sophisticated technology to clean and validate data. Some of our key data assets are:
• 1.5 million land parcel records in GIS database covering the four countries,.
• Historical transaction data of properties from 2007 to date.
• More than 50 million attributes of land parcels as exclusive data for Estater.
• Several million records of information on properties and units that map the demand, supply and price indicators.

Estater doesn’t rely on government sources for data. Estater creates data on properties. Following a bottom up approach, we collect data on individual properties (of all types) through field surveys, web scanning and other methods. Data on properties is summed to make data of locations. Data of locations is summed to make data on suburb / cities.
We have extensive ability to create and manage field data collection process through applications on mobile phones and ability to maintain historical multi-year data with time stamping
